Coronavirus Safety Plan

Our Flower Mound, TX practice is happy to once again be able to take care of your dental needs. We have always been committed to providing a healthy environment in our office but we have ramped up our safety protocols for extra vigilance during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Besides using recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), our team members are taking extra infection-control steps. Among these include even more frequent hand washing and disinfecting of surfaces in treatment rooms and other areas that may be touched by several people.

Scheduling Your Appointment

Social distancing is a thing at the dental office, too! In order to keep our patients at a safe distance from each other, we are scheduling fewer appointments throughout the day. We also ask that only one person attend each appointment. One guardian may accompany a minor to their appointment. Please let us know if you have a family member who needs special accommodations. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our patients who are accustomed to convenient block scheduling for families.

New Check-In Procedures

Prior to your appointment, if you or any member of your family have had any known exposure to COVID-19 or feel even slightly ill, please call to reschedule. The check-in forms should be completed on-line sometime before your visit to minimize in-person contact. When you arrive for your appointment, park outside our office and give us a call. We will greet you curbside and take your temperature before welcoming you into the office. Rather than have patients waiting in the reception area, you will be taken directly to your treatment room.

Extra Precautions

We have added medical grade air purifiers to our office to further enhance our safety protocols. All patients will also be asked to wash their hands with soap, followed up with a hand sanitizer. Before treatment begins, each patient will be given a peroxide mouth rinse. Some of these extra precautions are for the protection of our patients, and some are for the protection of our team members. Thank you for your patience and cooperation! It is our goal to continue to provide exceptional dental care in an environment that is safe for everyone.
